Gillian offers yoga classes for cyclists. These sessions are specifically tailoured towards cyclists. A typical session might focus on:
- Stretching and strengthening muscles
- Poses to open particular problem areas, e.g. tight hips
- Yoga techniques to aid mental acuity and focus
- Specific poses to aid recovery from injury
- Balance work to help coordination and core strength
- Pranayama – breathing techniques to improve performance
- Restorative yoga to aid recovery and improve sleep
