Online classes
Gillian teaches weekly online classes via Zoom:
- Tues 7pm – 8.15pm Hatha Yoga
- Weds 9.00am – 10.15am Gentle Yoga
Pregnancy & Post-Natal Private Classes
In a pre-natal yoga session you will learn a combination of yoga positions and movements to create comfort and space for you and your baby.
Post-natal yoga is tailored specifically for the needs of the new mum and will help you regain strength and energy after the birth of your baby.
